Our offering:
Audits
We are offering three types of audits adjusted to our Clients’ different needs, objectives and plans.
- Contracted capacity audit is the analysis of the heat load along with determining the power for the domestic hot water system. The analyses and calculations from the audit are the basis for adjusting contracted capacity in order to optimise energy.
- Energy efficiency audit is the audit the outcomes of which are particularly important for the application for white certificates. We can conduct the audit both at the investment planning stage and after completion. The audit is conducted in accordance with the Ordinance to the Energy Efficiency Act and the requirements of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE).
- Business energy audit is a procedure designed to conduct detailed and verifiable calculations related to the proposed projects to improve the energy efficiency, and to provide information on potential energy savings. This audit is mandatory for businesses.*
*The obligation to conduct the audit applies to businesses which in the past two fiscal years employed a workforce of at least 250 on average or whose annual net turnover on sales of products and services, and financial operations exceeded the equivalent of PLN 50 million net, and whose total assets on balance sheet drawn up at the end of one of those two fiscal years exceeded €43 million in value.

- The achieved energy effect, i.e. energy savings arising from completing the given investment project, is the key criterion in obtaining a white certificate.
- Aside from tangible environmental and financial benefits related to energy savings, white certificates also provide our Clients with the opportunity to secure additional funding for their investment project.
